Jorge Arbusto is an alias or alter ego of Puccinelli's. He came up with the name during the George H. W. Bush administration and would submit work to juried shows under this alias. The piece is a a swirling mass of grey-ish blue water with human limbs and debris. Signed by artist on reverse.
