This drawing is part of a series of the artist's exploration of “homes” from bungalows to mansions. Framed in a yellow circular frame, this colored pencil image of the front entrance of a large house with a chimney references one of the many real estate listing the artist encountered in Santa Barbara. Installed together these houses create a unique neighborhood, resulting in a surreal real estate complex comprised of the dreams and aspirations of current owners or potential buyers; Location! Location! Location! below image, initialed at lower right; signed and titled on reverse.
