A depiction of four men ascending a grand staircase. One man turns around several steps up, gestering for the other men to follow, another man urges a heavy set man to follow who stands still with a distraught look on his face. The last man stands behind the heavy set man with his hands on his hips smirking. The words "A Visit From Hounsditch To Pall Mall / 1756 Thomas Rowland 1827" appears at the bottom center of the work.
